All equipment, tools, and machinery sold by the Company are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with all faults, whether known or unknown. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to: (a) Any implied warranty or merchantability; (b) Any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to inspect the equipment or have chosen to waive such inspection and accepts full responsibility for the condition of the equipment upon purchase. All sales are final.
